To be met in the space between who you’ve become and who you truly are.
Discerning. Intuitive. Self-led.
For the woman who has outgrown the life she built.

I’ve spent 13 years listening to women talk about their lives, and feeling into the things beneath the words they’re saying.
I’m fascinated by people: what makes us who we are, the ways we learn to adapt, and what happens when the life we’ve constructed no longer resonates or feels like home.
My work brings together psychological depth, intuition, and a willingness to look beyond what can be neatly explained. Sometimes that means making sense of patterns, relationships, and the past. Sometimes it means listening to what your body knows, following a thread that doesn’t yet have words, or making space for the part of you that’s yearning for something different.
I’ve unsubscribed from the idea that we’re supposed to endlessly upgrade or optimise ourselves.
What interests me is what happens when we give ourselves enough space, honesty, and self-trust to become more of who we already are.
A considered body of work shaped by psychological study, lived experience, and a deep curiosity about the inner worlds of women.

Here, transformation doesn’t come from fixing what’s broken—but remembering what’s whole. Every session, every word, every sound is crafted to guide you home to yourself.
Helping clients see how their relationships mirror their internal landscape—transforming conflict into clarity, and disconnection into conscious connection.
Supporting you through seasons of change—grief, rebirth, identity shifts—with intention, softness, and soul-level insight.
Blending psychological frameworks with sacred insight to help you access meaning, integrate shadow, and live in deeper alignment with your spiritual path.
Especially for mothers: helping you honor your role while reclaiming your desires, essence, and autonomy beyond caregiving.
Rewriting the stories that no longer serve you. Reframing inherited beliefs and self-imposed limitations into truth-aligned expressions of your highest self.
Merging mind and body through EFT, somatic awareness, and sound healing. Creating lasting transformation through internal safety, not external striving.
Mentoring fellow practitioners in trauma-informed, heart-led space-holding—anchored in integrity, embodiment, and depth.
The work draws from a range of psychological, somatic, symbolic, and experiential practices — brought together intuitively and intentionally in response to the person, the context, and what is ready to be explored.
The foundation of the work.
Relational, psychotherapeutic, and coaching-informed guidance offered through reflective inquiry and attuned presence. The work responds to what is present rather than following a prescribed formula, drawing from the practices below where they are useful.
Experiential practices for attention, imagination, and inner awareness.
Guided visualisations can help you slow down, access different aspects of your experience, and explore thoughts, emotions, or possibilities from a new vantage point. They are used thoughtfully where an experiential approach can enhance the work.
Sound-based practices designed to support relaxation and embodied awareness.
Using voice, tone, frequency and carefully selected instruments, sound can offer a different sensory route into stillness, presence, and restoration. This work is also available as a bespoke experience for organisations and groups.
A practical way of working with emotional activation.
EFT combines focused attention with rhythmic tapping on specific points of the body. It can be used alongside psychological inquiry to help reduce the intensity of difficult emotional states and create enough space to approach an experience differently.
Working deliberately with the patterns that operate beneath conscious thought.
Audio-based practices use repetition, language, and suggestion to support new associations and more adaptive internal narratives. The emphasis is not on forcing yourself to think differently, but on gradually creating alternatives to well-established patterns.
A symbolic language for exploring personality, patterns, and timing.
The birth chart can offer another perspective on recurring themes, tendencies, and periods of transition. Within Psychē, astrology is approached as a tool for reflection and meaning-making rather than prediction, and considered alongside psychological understanding.
