Community Guidelines
The membership space and community features (including Telegram groups) are underpinned by safety, respect, and integrity. We reserve the right to remove members who engage in:

• Commercial solicitation or spam.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Membership subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Bookings require payment in advance.
• All fees are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Due to the nature of digital content and bespoke services, all payments are final. Please consider your investment with care.
• Membership cancellations must be made through your account settings.
• Cancelled memberships remain active until the end of the current billing period.
